Hi there, My name is Shae (shay), I am a female Lab blend. I am about a year and a half old. I am only 46lbs but could stand to gain a little weight.I am all legs and a little lanky looking LOL. I am healthy and happy. I am spayed, up to date on my vaccinations, microchipped and dewormmed. I am a little cautious with new people and can be a little skittish until I am familiar with you. I will calm down if you tell me to. I still act a lot like a puppy. I like most all dogs, big dogs, small dogs, and even those hairless little dogs that walk around on two legs. I have not been around many cats so the rescue is not sure how I will behave. I do not tend to go after other animals so I may not even notice that they are there. On the other hand, if they run I may give chase. I have not ever been violent or tried to eat or hurt any small animals. I am very active and do best when I can have plenty of play time, walks, and really love the mental stimulation of games. I love to go for rides in the car and I do good at the groomers. I don't even fuss when I get my nails done. I would really love to have a jogging and running partner, I would be tickled if we could have regular runs or walks on a daily basis. Hi, My name is Kylie (Ky-Lee). I am a very sweet 2 yr old Lab / GSD blend. I am spayed, up to date on all my vaccinations, been dewormmed, microchipped, I am heart worm negative and on preventatives. I do not have any health issues or conditions. I am a very sweet girl. I love all people, I have never met a stranger. I have tons of energy and really love playing with the kids. I think they will get tired of playing before I will. I am house trained, crate trained and ... (Read More)have my basic obedience down really well. I walk well on a leash and really like going for walks with my people. I can get a little excited sometimes when something really special comes along and we are on our walk, I might pull a little but listen when you tell me to stop pulling. I am still very much puppy in that I get excited and I just want to play. I love to play with and chew on toys, I will chew the stuffing or squeekers out of them if you let me. I do best with the chew toys that I cannot eat. I did chew through a harness once when I was a little puppy and I was teething. I have never destroyed anything that was not appropriate (meaning I have never chewed furniture, shoes, etc...) Just toys, so if you make sure that I have toys to play with I promise to not get in trouble. I am very playful, I like baths and don't mind going to the groomer or having my nails clipped. I love riding in the car but do best in the front seat or where I can see out the window. I have thrown up in the very back of the suv before. I really love going to the park, hiking, playing with other dogs or people, and especially kids. I am a great family dog and will be loyal and loving till my last day. I have had a good life with my family and was never hurt or abused. I am ready to find my forever family and just want a chance to show you what good girl I can be, I want to show you how loving and loyal I am. I am sooo smart, the rescue is considering putting me into their working dog program. I have not started that training yet but I am eager to do so. If you are considering me as a Service Dog or a Therapy Dog the adoption fee is a flat $675 and that will include the training that we will do together to get me to a place where I can be of assistance to you and your specific needs.
